What do you do when God says no to what you thought was your promise? How do you handle the rejection of people walking away? The enemy wants you to think that everything is over when you don't pass the test, get the promotion, or a loved one walks away. LIES! Rejection can be God's redirection.
When the children of ISRAEL where about to get out of bondage, it states in Exodus 9:12 "But the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, making it strong and obstinate, and he did not listen to them or heed them, just as the Lord had told Moses.” God made Pharaoh say no to letting the children of Israel go. Why? It wasn't the time of release. We pray asking God to give us people and things that might kill us or take our focus off of Him. God allows things to fall apart and people to leave to show His power in our life. Somethings are self inflicted (you caused them through disobedience and decisions), some are demonic attacks, and some are God putting you back in position. It's important to learn to ask God what is the case when you are met with rejection.
Psalm 34:17-18 AM says, "When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their distress and troubles. The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent.” The devil loves to play on our minds when we are rejected! The above scripture is your promise in God. The lord will deliver you from your rejection, but it's IN HIS TIMING! You are not alone. The Lord is there because of your broken heart. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those with crushed spirits. That's His word and it can't come back void. I learned this about being broken while being rejected. It is the ideal placed to be used.
In order to get a substance out of a container, the container has to either be broken, flipped upside down, or twisted. It's the same way with you. In order for your oil to flow, you have to be broken, flipped upside down, or twisted! Although you may have been rejected by man, you have been ordained by God from birth for greatness. Smile my friend because your best is yet to come.
